WOW

You did the right thing, don't second guess your self
You can not control what others do.
He decided to do both things.
It will take time, and I don't know if it is even possible, but time will help ease these feelings of yours.

What a mess of emotions you must be having! If that isn't an admission of guilt though I dont know what is! It's sad that he felt the need to do that, but you are free from him now...he cant hurt you again

Please take care ((((((Sami))))))

Hun, I am so sorry sad.gif I can't begin to imagine what you are feeling right now. What I can say is that this jerk has been haunting you since that horrible day - he cannot do that any more. His name may show up on the news for a day or two and then you will not need to worry about seeing his face on tv or reading his name in the paper. No more court dates, no more chance for parole or real-life confrontations.

Sami, I know this can never escape from what he did from you, but now is your best hope for a new beginning!!! Make the best use of your coming therapy sessions on how to work through all that you are feeling... or not feelng.

Dear friend, you've been through so much. I see this a commencement - like the end of one chapter of your life and the beginning of a new one. (Just in a less hokey sounding sort of way tongue.gif )

Get support from us, your friends irl, and all the professional people you work with to maximize your supports right now. You're going to make it through this better than you were yesterday!

Blessings,
Jen

Numb can be ok sometimes. It's protective when are feelings would be just too overwhelming to experience. Just let that happen, ok? It's not a bad thing right now.

Blessings,
Jen
