Hi, Im new to this site but I am a Fibro suffer and I know when my pain meds (tramadol and neurotin) dont work I try a hot bath and when that doesnt work I use an Ice pack. I understand the frustration of having pain that won't go away, ever. Knowing every day will be painful and a struggle to get thru. Hang in there.

I'm glad to hear you've found some ways of dealing with your pain, at least temporarily. You will find some fellow fibro-sufferers here.
While not actually diagnosed with fibro, I do suffer from chronic pain and was recently diagonsed with arthritis in my back. I have avoided seeing a pain specialist so far - sick of doctors (!) and it's too hard to leave the house... Do you see a specialist or do you stick with your GP?
Blessings,
Jen
